Guidelines for agency membership include:

  • Agency must have a 501(c)(3) Federal non-profit tax exempt status
  • Agency must have a Federal Employer Identification Number
  • Agency must provide services to the ill, elderly, needy or children under 18 years of age.
  • Agency must have, or be prepared to have, adequate dry cooler and/or freezer storage to ensure wholesomeness of food until used or redistributed.
