Food Share – Fresh Food Pantry

The Food Bank operates two fresh food pantries, called Food Share, one in Loveland and one in Fort Collins. Through each pantry, we provide bread, dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables and non-perishable food items free of charge to qualified individuals. All of the food provided through this program is donated to us by local retailers, farms as well as national growers and manufacturers.

Both Food Share locations also administer two government commodity programs: The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) and the Commodities Supplement Food Program (CSFP). Through TEFAP, qualifying individuals receive United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) commodities one time per month. Commodities typically consist of non-perishable and/or frozen food items. Income qualifying seniors, 60 years and older, can also qualify for CSFP. Learn more here.
