Corporate Food Fight
Who will the winner be? The 2022 Corporate Food Fight is now underway! Last year, the Corporate Food Fight was challenged in the time of COVID, but our teams persevered to raise funds and awareness for the Food Bank. In all, the teams raised more than $155,000! With things more opened up, what kind of totals will we see? Which team will pack the biggest fundraising punch to fight hunger?
Held each April, the Corporate Food Fight is a signature fundraiser for the Food Bank for Larimer County. The event challenges local businesses to raise food and funds to provide meals for children, seniors and families in our community. The campaign runs the entire month, but each company designs their own campaign timeline and style. Some participants do a simple food drive or sponsor a bake sale or chili cook-off. Others get down-right creative and do things like executive tricycle races or have genuine food fights. The more engaging and fun, the better! And obstacles don’t stop the competition. In 2020, even with the uncertainty of COVID-19, our Food Fighters raised more than $232,000 — a record amount for this event!
