Join us on the Tour de Turkey!

This year, we’re seeing unprecedented demand: we’re trying to gather more than 6,500 turkeys for Larimer County residents

Join the Food Bank for Larimer County and New Belgium Brewing for a turkey drive unlike any other.

With two locations—a turkey drive in Fort Collins and a turkey drive in Loveland—there’s something for everyone. New Belgium Brewing is helping to make donating a turkey ridiculously fun and safe this year with giveaways, prize packages and a Tour de Fat-inspired turkey slide in Fort Collins. All the fun happens Thursday, November 18, from 6 am-6 pm. So grab a frozen turkey and head to the Tour de Turkey to help make a difference this holiday season!

Fort Collins

The old Kmart parking lot at College & Drake is once again the site for this year’s Tour de Turkey in Fort Collins. Stop by to make a contactless donation via the New Belgium turkey slide. The first 250 turkey donors receive a coupon good for a 6-pack of beer at New Belgium curbside pickup*. A few lucky turkey donors will receive a $50 New Belgium prize package.

Like the Fort Collins Tour de Turkey, the first 250 turkey donors in Loveland receive a coupon good for a 6-pack of beer at New Belgium curbside pickup*. We’ll also have several $50 New Belgium prize packages to give away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I donate a frozen turkey before Nov. 18?

Absolutely! We’re accepted frozen turkeys anytime. Click here for a list of donation times and locations.

Are you ONLY accepting turkeys? What about hams or chickens?

This is a turkey drive, but this year we’re also on the lookout for frozen hams, and whole frozen chickens—our goal is to help as many households as possible enjoy a holiday meal this year. If you can bring a turkey, that’s ideal, but hams and chickens are also a huge help.

Does the turkey REALLY have to be frozen?

Yup! In order to ensure safe transportation and distribution to Larimer County residents, please make sure everything is frozen solid when you drop it off.

I’m unable to get there and donate a turkey. Would a financial donation help?

Financial donations are, of course, always a great way to participate if you can’t be here for the big day. Click here to offer your support.
