That impact can be seen throughout our hunger-relief programs like our No Cost Markets and Mobile Markets, as well as additional distribution outreach we receive from our Nourishing Network agency partners.

"WHAT CAN I DONATE?"
Thanks to the compassion, generosity and effort of our community, Food Bank for Larimer County is able to provide high-quality, nutritious and healthy food to those in need which is something we take great pride in.
Because of this, to ensure we maintain that quality, we follow strict USDA food-safety and health standards.
OUR MOST NEEDED ITEMS
- Peanut butter (non-hydrogenated oil)
- Canned meat/fish (chicken, salmon, tuna)
- Canned fruit in fruit juice
- Whole grain, low sugar cereal
- Whole grain pasta
- Brown rice
- Canned and/or dried beans (low sodium or not salt added preferred)
WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT
- Foods that have been served on a buffet table
- Foods that have been previously reheated
- Foods that have not been stored at proper temperature
- Foods with damaged or compromised packaging
- Any food containing alcohol
- Home canned or home jarred products
- Produce with decay
- Frozen foods with freezer burn
- Sushi or any seafood intended for raw consumption
- Open, punctured, bulging or seriously damaged canned goods

The Nourishing Network is our community partnership program where organizations can shop through our supply and gather food for their own hunger-relief programs and because of this, our efforts reach further.

HOST A FOOD DRIVE
Food drives are a great way to get everyone involved. Your local church church, school, job sites, and even your neighborhood are great spaces to get started!
RECURRING GIFTS
Those who set up recurring gifts become a very important part of our Feeding Us Forward program and with every gift, we are able to continue our fight against food insecurity.

NON-CASH GIFTS
We gladly accept non-cash gifts in the form of long-term appreciated securities like stocks and bonds, as well as QCD, IRA gifts, and DAF.
Compared to cash, these gifts can have a larger impact since there are no capital gains tax to be paid on appreciation!
LEGACY GIFTS
By naming Food Bank for Larimer County as a beneficiary in your will, IRA or insurance policy, your commitment to fighting hunger lives on and future generations will receive the nutrition they need.
